Flag Football Game

All the other football games we forgot to bring the camera, so these are pictures of Stephanie's last game. (Well they might have another one on Monday.) Their team was Grape Crush.

Catching and throwing passes before the game.

Practicing plays.

Me, Stephanie, Dad warming up before the game.

It may look like I'm fixing Alec's hair but I was telling them to go out for a long pass I was going to chuck to them.

Gathering as a team before the game.

Me not wanting my picture taken.

Stephanie getting ready to catch a pass.

Stephanie waiting on defense for the other team to begin.

Being bored during half time.

Huddle during half time.

Stephanie waiting for the other team to line up.

Steph hiking the ball.

Parker (the guy Steph likes), Dad (giving the bunny ears), and Steph waiting on the sidelines.

More pictures from the game:

Flag Football

This year Stephanie has been doing flag football. Here are her pictures.

Stephanie

Stephanie's Team. Luckily there was another girl on the team. That is Dad if you were wondering. He was the assistant coach. I was a coach too one game when neither my dad or Coach Stair was there. So technically I should be in that picture :) No it's ok. But those kids became my friends. Let's see if i can remember all their names. On the top row: Parker, Alex, Dallon, and Carson. Then on the bottom: Logan, Gabriella, Stephanie, and Alec.

Utah Fan Fest

Well guess what?? We have finally set up a blog and can't wait to post all our pictures for everyone to see. Since my mom is computer illiterate, I (Ashley) will be the one posting the pictures :)

The most recent thing we have done as a family is go to the Utah Fan Fest. Stephanie invited her friend Madison to come with us and we had a lot of fun.

This is us with Swoop. Mom couldn't get the camera to work so we had to chase down Swoop twice before we were able to get his picture.

Now we had a lot of fun looking at all the different booths and even saw Alexis over at the Crimson Line booth but we couldn't wait until the football players came. When they finally did we bombarded them begging for pictures and autographs.

This is Tommy Grady. Since Brian Johnson got hurt the first game of the season he was the starting quarterback for a few weeks. Even when Utah beat UCLA 44-7.

This is Brian Johnson. He is the starting quarterback for Utah.

Joe Jiannoni!!! He is safety and we just love defense and the mohawk.

This is our favorite, Steve Tate!!!!! He is the best.
Reason # 1: He's on the defense
Reason # 2: He's plays safety and free safety
Reason # 3: He's hot :)
Reason # 4: He's mormon!! ya ya
Reason # 5: He just basically rocks

This is Matt Asiata. He was supposed to save us from our drought of running backs. But sadly he got hurt. He surely had us showing our Utah spirit and had us hold up a U for the picture.

This is Brandon Godfrey, who I have to say is like the best reciever on the team.

Ok this sucks you are going to have to look at the picture sideways. But maybe you will give someone a laugh by wondering why in the world you have your head tilted sideways. I just had to put this picture in because there is a funny story behind it.

We were waiting for other football players to come in and we just saw this guy without very many people around him so we just decided to get our picture with him kinda cause me and Steph thought he was hot. There was this man who was blind talking to the football player. The man was asking the football player (Nick Leitley) questions. Somehow the subject came up between the two of them about missions. He had just gotten back from his mission in West Virginia and was his first year playing for the Utes. I mean how cool is that. Can't wait until he's a starter.

So that was our wonderful day hanging out with the athletes. I know you enjoyed my descriptions of all the players :)
