Junior Prom '09

Right after, well 3 weeks later, we had our Junior Prom and I was lucky enough to get asked by an amazing guy, Chris.
Since Prom was only a few weeks away we had to go shopping right away and here are some pictures of the dresses I tried on.

They were pretty but the last dress I tried on, which I almost didn't even try on, was the one!

My Dress:

Yeah It's gorgeous, I know! :)

We went to the zoo for our day activity and it was a blast! We probably stared at the monkeys for forever. We even got kids meals so we could get the animal sipper that came with it (which was a gorilla). For dinner we ate at Stephen's house and then we went to the dance at the capitol.

My parents, of course, took pictures when he came and picked me up but they are nothing compared to the one at the capitol so I will just show you those.

After the dance we went back to Stephen's house and watched part of Mamma Mia. It was one of the best nights of my life. I wish it would have never ended! The theme was "Time of My Life" and I definately had the "Time of My Life" that night.

Mom Turn's 40

The night before my mom's birthday we threw her a surprise party. We invited the whole family. She didn't suspect anything at all.

But Grandpa needed it more! :)

Happy Birthday Mom! Don't worry, you're still the hippest mom around!

Sweethearts

On February 14th (Valentines Day) I got to go to Sweethearts with my friend, Travis. We went bowling that morning and ate lunch at Cafe Rio. Then we ate dinner at my friend, Hannah's house. Then we went to the dance and it was a lot of fun!

My pretty dress!

It sure was a "sweet" night!

Hawaii!!

For my parents 20th anniversary they took a trip to Hawaii. Sadly, they didn't bring the kids along :( I don't know the details on most of the pictures that I would be able to give IF I had been there. But since I wasn't you will just have to look at the pictures.

About to board the helicopter for their tour of the islands.

Being a bunch of pinapples at the Dole pinapple place. (Fresh pinapples from Hawaii are much better then the ones you buy in the store.)

Posing at the Polynesian Culture Center.

At Pearl Harbor sporting the Utah shirt!

From what I hear, the trip was a lot of fun.
